Serving the greater Columbus, GA area and surrounding cites up to 10 miles. Free delivery for orders over $50. A $5.00 delivery fee is applied to orders requiring delivery that do not qualify for free delivery. Same day delivery may be available. When you place an order, enter your requested delivery date and time in the comments during checkout.
USPS (Nationwide)
We will ship orders FedEx/UPS/USPS to customers located outside of the Columbus, GA metro area that do not qualify for local delivery. Free Shipping for orders over $50. A flat rate $5.00 shipping and handling fee is applied to all orders that do not qualify for free Shipping.
Note: Products shipped do not contain helium.
Refund and Return Policy
You may return new, unopened items within 30 days for a full refund. All helium filled balloon sales are final.
You should expect to receive your refund within a few weeks, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). Cash payments will be refunded right away.
